Summer Fete and Craft Fair

Join us on Sunday 24 August for family fun on Reynold’s Paying Field. Opening at 11.30 and running throughout the day we will have live music, food and entertainment for all.

There will be the PO’G Dog Show courtesy of Gefion Dog Training and The Dog House. This annual event is held in memory of Paul O’Grady so bring your canine friend to enter and have fun.  Classes are enter on the day and there is one suitable for everyone.

Live music will be provided by local bands  Clumsy Colin, Gutter Cats and Dukes of Swing from 12.00pm.  For those that prefer a quieter cup of tea there will be the usual hot drinks and cake available in the Village Hall.

We are delighted and looking forward to welcoming a wide range of crafters with products for every budget. There’s still availability at present if you know anyone who’d like to join us.  We’ve also invite owners of interesting vehicles to bring their projects for you to admire and Aldington’s Fire Station are bringing the fire engine ( assuming it isn’t needed on duty on the day!)

For the children there will be a range of games, trampolines and an inflatable Total Wipeout challenge – and we will end with the obligatory Tug-of-War so get your teams ready!
